Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sadicam's AI Growth Engine services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Sadicam provides AI-powered lead generation and marketing automation services specifically designed for mortgage brokerage firms in the United States and Canada. Our Services include:

  • Qualified borrower lead generation
  • AI-powered email outreach campaigns
  • Technical infrastructure setup (domains, email accounts, Google Workspace, Zoom)
  • Optional AI Receptionist services
  • Optional Loan Pipeline Engine
  • Campaign management and optimization

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Base Package: $1,600/month for 20+ qualified borrower leads, full technical setup, and campaign management
  • AI Receptionist (Optional): $900/month or $300 fast-action bonus
  • Loan Pipeline Engine (Optional): $2,500 one-time fee

Payment is due monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Performance Guarantee.

5. Performance Guarantee

We guarantee 2X return on investment (ROI) within 12 months of service activation. If you do not achieve 2X ROI within 12 months, we will continue providing services at no additional cost until the guaranteed ROI is achieved. This guarantee is subject to:

  • Client maintaining active participation in scheduled consultations
  • Client providing timely feedback and necessary business information
  • Client following recommended best practices for lead conversion
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of closed loans attributed to our Services

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Respond promptly to leads generated by our Services
  • Maintain all required mortgage brokerage licenses and regulatory compliance
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations governing mortgage lending
  • Cooperate with our team during setup and optimization phases
  • Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, and materials provided through our Services are owned by Sadicam or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any aspect of our Services without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, technical processes, and campaign methodologies.

9. Term and Termination

Services begin upon completion of technical setup and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. The Performance Guarantee applies only to clients who maintain active service for 12 consecutive months.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadicam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, lead quality, or conversion rates beyond our stated Performance Guarantee. You are solely responsible for complying with all mortgage lending regulations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sadicam from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sadicam operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sadicam regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
