1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sadicam's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Sadicam provides AI-powered lead generation and business growth services specifically designed for mortgage brokerage firms. Our Services include automated outreach campaigns, lead qualification, technical infrastructure setup, and optional add-ons such as AI receptionist services and pipeline management tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Service Fees and Payment

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis with the following pricing structure:

• Base Package: $1,600/month
• AI Receptionist Add-on: $900/month (or $300 with fast-action discount)
• Borrower Pipeline Engine: One-time fee of $2,500

Payment is due monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our guarantee. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription.

6. Performance Guarantee

We guarantee a 2X return on investment (ROI) within 12 months of service commencement. If you do not achieve this return, we will continue providing our Services at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee is subject to your compliance with our recommendations and active participation in the sales process with leads we provide.

7. Client Responsibilities

To maximize the effectiveness of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary information about your business and target market
• Respond to qualified leads and attend scheduled appointments
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintain appropriate licensing and credentials for your mortgage brokerage business
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by Sadicam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

12. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE QUALIFIED LEADS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR LOAN CLOSURES. SUCCESS DEPENDS ON MULTIPLE FACTORS, INCLUDING YOUR SALES SKILLS, MARKET CONDITIONS, AND LENDING PROGRAMS AVAILABLE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SADICAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sadicam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sadicam operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement
